FOR recent college graduates

Two of us cut our teeth working in law firms before going to law school.  We remember and appreciate how valuable that experience was to our legal careers--and we also remember how valuable our energy and enthusiasm was to the law firms.

So we created our Special IP Assistant program.  It gives recent college graduates who plan to attend law school the opportunity to get great law firm experience.  Special IP Assistants are exposed to every area of our practice, from IP litigation, to on-line marketplace enforcement, and Patent and Trademark Office and Copyright Office practice.  They have the opportunity to learn to use computerized legal systems, including PACER, LEXIS, DocketNavigator, our document discovery management, docketing, and conflict systems, as well as Microsoft Office software. 

We're proud that our first Special IP Assistant is starting law school this year, and we're looking forward to helping launch our next one on her journey to becoming a lawyer.

Because we value and enjoy teamwork and camaraderie, our workplace is fully in-person.
