Rachel is a trademark lawyer and litigator. Her experience spans all aspects of U.S. and international trademark law, including counseling, clearance, filing, prosecution, licensing, enforcement, and litigation. She has litigated in federal and state courts, and in the Trademark Trials and Appeals Board.
Before attending law school, Rachel worked as an environmental planner.
Prior to joining the firm, Rachel was a trademark associate at Knobbe Martens in Irvine, California.
